Citizen Coup - Declaration of American Freedom

To Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rumsfeld, Dr. Rice, Mr. Gonzales, Mr. Wolfowitz, Mr. Rove, Mr. Libby, Mr. Mueller, et al.,
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect for the opinions of humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that when any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness...it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient suffering of these people; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their government. The history of the present Chief Executive, George Walker Bush, and the histories of those in his administration, as well as his appointees, as well as certain members of the Congress, are histories of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the dismantling and destruction of the unalienable rights of the people and their Constitution, and to their Constitutional form of democratic Republic, and to engage in War Crimes on the world, and upon other nations people whose only guilt lies in their own Criminal government, and to Crimes committed to the Earth and Her environment. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. We submit the following as the people's Resolution.

Impeaching George Walker Bush, President of the United States, of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Impeaching George Walker Bush, President of the United States, of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Resolved, That George Walker Bush, President of the United States is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the Senate:

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of all of the people of the United States of America, against George Walker Bush, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

ARTICLE I

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has attempted to impose a police state and a military dictatorship upon the people and Republic of the United States of America by means of "a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations" against the Constitution since September 11, 2001. This subversive conduct includes but is not limited to trying to suspend the constitutional Writ of Habeas Corpus; ramming the totalitarian U.S.A. Patriot Act through Congress; the mass-round-up and incarceration of foreigners; kangaroo courts; depriving at least two United States citizens of their constitutional rights by means of military incarceration; interference with the constitutional right of defendants in criminal cases to lawyers; violating and subverting the Posse Comitatus Act; unlawful and unreasonable searches and seizures; violating the First Amendments rights of the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, peaceable assembly, and to petition the government for redress of grievances; packing the federal judiciary with hand-picked judges belonging to the totalitarian Federalist Society and undermining the judicial independence of the Constitution's Article III federal court system; violating the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions and the U.S. War Crimes Act; violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination; reinstitution of the infamous "Cointelpro" Program; violating the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Convention against Torture, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; instituting the totalitarian Total Information Awareness Program; and establishing a totalitarian Northern Military Command for the United States of America itself. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE II

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. U.S. soldiers in the Middle East are overwhelmingly poor White, Black, and Latino and their military service is based on the coercion of a system that has denied viable economic opportunities to these classes of citizens. Under the Constitution, all classes of citizens are guaranteed equal protection of the laws, and calling on the poor and minorities to fight a war for oil to preserve the lifestyles of the wealthy power elite of this country is a denial of the rights of these soldiers. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE III

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has violated the U.S. Constitution, federal law, and the United Nations Charter by bribing, intimidating and threatening others, including the members of the United Nations Security Council, to support belligerent acts against Iraq. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE IV

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prepared, planned, and conspired to engage in a massive war and catastrophic aggression against Iraq by employing methods of mass destruction that will result in the killing of hundreds of thousands of civilians, many of whom will be children. This planning includes the threatened use of nuclear weapons, and the use of such indiscriminate weapons and massive killings by aerial bombardment, or otherwise, of civilians, violates the Hague Regulations on land warfare, the rules of customary international law set forth in the Hague Rules of Air Warfare, the Four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Protocol I thereto, the Nuremberg Charter, Judgment, and Principles, the Genocide Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and U.S. Army Field Manual 27-10 (1956). In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE V

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has committed the United States to acts of war without congressional consent and contrary to the United Nations Charter and international law. From September, 2001 through January, 2003, the President embarked on a course of action that systematically eliminated every option for peaceful resolution of the Persian Gulf crisis. Once the President approached Congress for consent to war, tens of thousands of American soldiers' lives were in jeopardy - rendering any substantive debate by Congress meaningless. The President has not received a Declaration of War by Congress, and in contravention of the written word, the spirit, and the intent of the U.S. Constitution has declared that he will go to war regardless of the views of the American people. In failing to seek and obtain a Declaration of War, George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE VI

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has planned, prepared, and conspired to commit crimes against the peace by leading the United States into aggressive war against Iraq in violation of Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter, the Nuremberg Charter, Judgment, and Principles, the Kellogg-Brand Pact, U.S. Army Field Manual 27-10 (1956), numerous other international treaties and agreements, and the Constitution of the United States. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

Most recently, We the people are deeply disturbed by the Louisiana governor's Declaration of Martial Law with regards to the good citizens of New Orleans. We are equally disturbed with Mr. Bush's decision to send combat troops into New Orleans for the purpose of restoring order...Not to help with the relief effort...but to quell the justified hostility these people in New Orleans feel for their government who has shown only contempt for the people. You (the government) have NO right to make such a declaration or to implement measures such as American military troops being used against the American people. Never have the people given you this right . For the government to declare Martial Law on the people is the most morally offensive, treasonous act that you can commit.
It is clear that you do not understand the very nature of the sacred document that you have sworn to uphold and defend, and that every person who enters public service is sworn to uphold and defend. Our Constitution is not just a good idea. It is the Supreme Law of the Land. In order to fully understand the full scope of what it means to be an American citizen, you must read and study all the documents that have made up our history. The Declaration of Independence and the Treaty of Paris are as important as the Constitution for gaining insight into our Founding Fathers hope for America. In addition, there is the voluminous correspondence between the various members of the Constitutional Convention that must be studied and understood in order to fully grasp the context in which our nation was forged and to realize the extent of the people's power over those we elect.
By itself, the Constitution of the united states of America clearly lays out those activities that We the people have granted privilege to the government to exercise on our behalf. Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution spells out those activities that the people have specifically granted privilege for. If the proposed activity is not on that list, then it is unConstitutional for the government to engage in said act. Section 9 goes further to state those acts which are specifically prohibited, just in case there was any question. Any act which does not appear in Section 8 and is not addressed in Section 9, is by virtue of the IX and X Amendments reserved for the people.
The Bill of Rights is NOT a statement of the people's allowed activities. The Bill of Rights is our Declaration to the government that these are OUR Rights and you will NOT tread upon them, PERIOD. The Constitution is not to be used to control the people. Its sole purpose is to bind and chain government into very limited roles so that the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness for the people is not restrained. We the people have ALL the rights. The government has only privileges, and only those privileges we see fit to grant to them. And they may be revoked at any time.
Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities. As citizens, we have the right to do whatever we want with our property so long as we do not violate the rights of other citizens. Under the Constitution, our bodies are also OUR property, therefore the government or their agents absolutely may NOT assault citizens on the street. The police use of violence against unarmed people, including the use of this 'so-called' less-than-lethal weaponry, is a gross violation of the people's right to Due Process. No one can deny you life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness without Due Process of Law. If they do, they are guilty of a Crime. This means that when police officers take it upon themselves to seize some citizens' life, liberty or property, they have VIOLATED the Law and additionally they have VIOLATED their sworn Oath of Office. The American Civil Liberties Union and the National Lawyers Guild have both determined that the little road-side chat between the officer and the citizen does NOT constitute Due Process of Law. The ONLY instance where an officer is authorized by the people to act on their behalf, with respect to the violation of the rights of a citizen, is in the direct witness of the commission of a felony or the sworn statement of a citizen to the witness of a felony. Every other action that is being taken against the people, by those entrusted to protect and serve the people, is unConstitutional, illegal and immoral.
A citizen has that very same right, that is the right to arrest another citizen when there is witness to commission of a felony. This is called a Citizen's Arrest. To dispel any doubt on this, I refer you to Article I, Section 7(b) of the Constitution of the state of California, my state of citizenship, where it states: "A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens." The Constitution of the united states of America states in the IX Amendment that "The enumeration (listing) in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Amendment X goes further by stating "The powers not delegated (privileged) to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."That means quite clearly that many of the so-called 'legal' activities currently being engaged in by agents and representatives of OUR government are unConstitutional on their face and if an astute observer were to evaluate the history of OUR courts and legislation in the context of Constitutional Law, that observer would most likely come to the conclusion that there has been an orchestrated effort, more successful in some Administrations than others, but nevertheless a planned 'takeover' of both the sovereignty and the will of the people. The reasons are obvious. Cheap, compliant labor and the concentration of wealth and power.
The truth is We the people are FAR from helpless. The truth is the people have ALL the power. The government has only that power which we CHOOSE to allow them through consent. If our government chooses to disrespect that trust that We the people have entrusted to them, then We the people are fully justified in tossing them out on their ear. It is the people's RESPONSIBILITY and DUTY to defend the Constitution when the elected or appointed representatives of the people's Will are not following the directions the people have given them. This is all that prevents our country from descending into Fascism, Communism or other forms of Tyranny. The people's right to Petition for Redress of Grievances is the tool that the Founding Fathers left to the people, their legacy to their children's children. Thorough study of our Founding Documents, including the many letters, reveals that inherent in the right of Petition is the right to withhold support in any form from the government until the people's Petition has been satisfactorily answered. The people have the absolute right to withhold all monies or other support that would otherwise be turned over to the government.
In other words, until this people's Petition to have the current President and his co conspirators Impeached, Tried and Imprisoned has been answered to the satisfaction of the people, We the people will REFUSE to provide support, material or otherwise, to a corrupt, criminal enterprise disguising itself as legitimate governmental authority. We will circumvent the cancer and do what We the people need to do for our Posterity. Our support and cooperation will only go to those individuals and organizations who actually help the people and who exercise their duties and privileges with the utmost respect and adherence to the principals laid out in the Constitution of this great country. The people's government employees who display this sort of dedication to the public good, of which there are many, we give our support and heartfelt gratitude.
We must NEVER initiate violence against another, even in the face of extreme hostilities, however, We the people WILL come to the aid of any person who is being assaulted by the government or their agents. We will not allow you to declare War upon the people of this nation without giving it our appropriate response.
We are going to Impeach each and every one of you corrupt individuals and then we are going to prosecute you for your respective High Crimes. and as applicable, for War Crimes. If Congress fails or refuses to do their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution by initiating impeachment proceedings, then the people of this country will exercise their right and their duty to uphold and defend the Constitution, and additionally, we will hold those accountable in the Congress who would obstruct the people's Justice. We are going to reestablish the Constitution as our Guardian against Tyranny. We are TRUE Patriots and we will not allow OUR Constitution to be overthrown. We, the American people, will overthrow the criminals in government who have perverted the Constitution for their own gain, and we WILL have them tried, removed and imprisoned.
I hereby call upon all American citizens to stand in solidarity with the victims in New Orleans and to help them to fully recover from the devastation. If you are able to lend direct assistance, then do so now. I call upon all Americans to stand by our troops, and to heed the call of Cindy Sheehan and the other Golf Star Families For Peace and Veterans for Peace and bring our troops home now. We must support our soldiers in every respect and make double sure that all their needs will be met as they return home to us and try to regain their broken lives. I call upon all Americans to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and dig into their pockets, because a lot of damage has been done to the world and to our own people and we MUST make things right.
You may send your minions to smear me or any of the other millions of us who will answer this call, as you have smeared many others and We will not be moved. The skeletons in my closet are irrelevant...It matters not what you do to me ...All that matters now to the people of this country are the Skull and Bones in the Administrations closet. You may even attempt to have me silenced or to incite others of your despicable character to commit violent acts against me or others. To this I say as Ghandi said, "Then all you will have is my dead body... Not my obedience!"
