Sheep No More Media

I am a minister/organic farmer/rabble rouser/ filmmaking student studying to be a documentary filmmaker. Sheep No More Media is a not-for-profit media production company that I have started with the sole purpose of provoking public discourse on the fundamental issues of the Rights and Responsibilities of the people as they pertain to our relationship to our government and to our fellow global citizens. Government exists to serve the needs of people. When any government becomes contrary to that role, it is the responsibility of every person to challenge the government, abolish it if necessary, and to reclaim the authority for self-governance granted to all people under Natural Law. It is my assertion that such a condition now exists that demands the immediate response from all Americans. Never in history has the level of corruption in any single government been so pervasive as it is now with the government of the United States. There is overwhelming evidence of War Crimes that have been committed and continue to be committed by the Bush Administration. Elsewhere, in all levels of government, the Rights of the people are repeatedly being trampled upon. In nearly every city across America are complaints by the people over issues of police brutality, political corruption, racial oppression, class and race-based economic repression, and nearly every other abuse of authority that can be conceived to be committed against the people by the government. Revolution is the people's ultimate Right when the excercising of their other Rights fails to remedy a corrupt system. History has taught those who have opened their eyes that violence is never the solution to conflict. You do, however, have a moral obligation to come to the defense of others in imminent peril. Therefore, it is my further assertion that the time for Nonviolent Revolution is indeed upon us! This should take the form of massive strikes, boycotts and other methods of mass noncooperation. This is already beginning to happen all across America. There are numerous groups and individuals across the country who are organizing various aspects of what is now unfolding. I urge every American to get involved with one or more of the many groups that are doing the hard work. Somewhere on a street corner in your town is a group of individuals, perhaps a handful, maybe hundreds, that are holding the familiar signs. Maybe they have lit candles and are holding silent vigil. Stop what you are doing now and join them.
The Revolution begins with every one of us. It will be a difficult transformation, the likes of which most of us have never known. The people must reserve support, financial as well as civil, only for those individuals in government who have shown their commitment to the people and to their sworn oaths of office that require them to uphold and defend the Constitution of this country. Withdraw all your support from those who have shown impunity toward the Rights of the people. We can not cooperate with injustice. Sheep No More is a call for all those who refuse to be led blindly any longer. We can no longer be Sheep in how we deal with our government. We have declared our mission to be Sheep No More! I welcome the input of others, including other filmmakers, who wish to contribute material or energy to this cause. Peace through Nonviolent Justice.

Letter to my Rep! A Call for Revolutionary Action!

Mr. Herger,
With all respect, I must say that I am appalled at the level of criminal misconduct being perpetrated by our elected officials in both the federal and state governments. The Constitution requires specific action on your part Mr. Herger. What are you going to do? The people have begun to acknowledge their responsibility to the Constitution and to future generations by responding proactively. An independent War Crimes Commission is convening in New York as we speak and they will get to the bottom of the corruption. Indictments will be handed down to the people naming many Administration officials as well as complicit members of Congress. The people are fully justified and empowered by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of these united states to act on the findings of this Commission and to enforce the Commission's Judgement by whatever nonviolent means necessary. We do this without your permission, as no such permission is necessary. Further, the people do not authorize, nor will they stand by and allow our representatives in government to slash the budgets for aid to the poor in this country while at the same time sending desperately needed resources overseas to facilitate the further commission of War Crimes! Absolutely not! Mr Herger, let me make something absolutely clear. The government exists to serve the people, not the other way around. When they no longer serve the people, but instead serve themselves or others in government, or even worse, when they serve monied corporate interests, as is now the situation in our country, then the people are justified in demanding immediate change! We need not ask! We appropriately demand an immediate Redress of Grievances! In all truth, in order to preserve and defend our Constitution against all enemies, the people are empowered to use any means necessary to effect their safety, lives, liberty and happiness. End of discussion! For government to declare Martial Law on the people is Treason! For government to Militarize the Police forces against the people in this country and to impose Draconian laws upon the people is Treason! There exists right now in this country substantially more legitimate grounds for Revolution than there was in 1775. If the government continues it's defiance in effecting the Will of the people as it pertains to the requirement we have given you to immediately implement Impeachment proceedings against numerous members of the Administration as well as complicit members of Congress, then the people will be left with no recourse other than Revolution, which is our Right. The Constitution requires no less of us. The Constitution requires specific action on your part Mr. Herger. What are you going to do? We the people reserve all Rights!

On the Edge of the Precipice!

These united states of America now stand on the edge of a very dangerous precipice. The actions or inactions that We the people engage with in the coming days WILL decide our futures, and our children's futures. Make no mistake...We the people are crossing the threshold of Historical and Biblical Proportions right now, right here!
To those of you out there in this country that are still "on the fence" as to the behavior of our government with their flagrant abuse of our Constitution in the Post 911 era, I say WAKE UP! GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE SAND! There is no excuse for ignorance, especially now in this so-called "Information Age" we live in.
And to those of you out there in this "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave" who still have not made up their minds whether it is "OK" to allow the government to conduct torture of foreign POW's and to order the shooting of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, I ask What in HELL makes you think that pretending "It's all OK" is going to get you make you safe, or that your indifference is going to keep you from the Hell of your own making?
And to those of you out there in this country who call themselves Christians, who claim the "moral high ground" and who see "terrorists" lurking everywhere that are "evil" and have to be smitten by our "Righteous and Godly Society of Benefactors for Humanity", I bow my head in sorrow, for you have fallen for the Great Lie. You have played right into the prophecy of Revelations and without realizing it, you have become the "masses" blindly following your false prophet, believing that yours is the righteous cause, to the very end, when you will be destroyed.
Your "leader", that is supposedly "chosen by God", directly ordered the murdering of civilians... mostly women, children and little babies for "psychological effect" in his "Shock and Awe" campaign. Jesus Christ would never bomb or kill or murder, for any reason. Any Christian that thinks otherwise...is already lost. Every member of the Bush Administration has committed felonious crimes, some individually in their pasts, and all since they were "elected".
And to those of you out there in this country that maybe don't believe in God, you should be the most concerned because according to your paradigm, the only way that you are going to be "saved" is for you to take action to save yourself.
The Pentagon has already admitted to having Martial Law plans in place just in case, you know, terrorists...Excuse me? The idea that OUR government of OUR supposed "free" society would even have this authority is offensive to the extreme. They do NOT have the authority!
The people of this country need to remember their own turbulent history and NOT hand over the keys to our future to common dictators! We...every one of us...We ALL have a very serious problem that We must deal with. It is OUR Responsibility and OUR Duty to ALL the people that have died in both our history and in our present. And that is... to Defend our Constitution above all else.
We HAVE the power, if only we would remember who We are and where We come from. We cannot allow the powerful corporate and wealthy elite in this country to dictate OUR future to us. We must come to the aid of the Katrina Refugees and We must ALL act to protect their interests from those that would so willingly see the good people of the Gulf Coast region cast aside for greed and power. We must act NOW!

Citizen Coup - Declaration of American Freedom

To Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rumsfeld, Dr. Rice, Mr. Gonzales, Mr. Wolfowitz, Mr. Rove, Mr. Libby, Mr. Mueller, et al.,
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect for the opinions of humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that when any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness...it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient suffering of these people; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their government. Resolved, That George Walker Bush, President of the United States is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the Senate:

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of all of the people of the United States of America, against George Walker Bush, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

ARTICLE I

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has attempted to impose a police state and a military dictatorship upon the people and Republic of the United States of America by means of "a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations" against the Constitution since September 11, 2001. This subversive conduct includes but is not limited to trying to suspend the constitutional Writ of Habeas Corpus; ramming the totalitarian U.S.A. Patriot Act through Congress; the mass-round-up and incarceration of foreigners; kangaroo courts; depriving at least two United States citizens of their constitutional rights by means of military incarceration; interference with the constitutional right of defendants in criminal cases to lawyers; violating and subverting the Posse Comitatus Act; unlawful and unreasonable searches and seizures; violating the First Amendments rights of the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, peaceable assembly, and to petition the government for redress of grievances; packing the federal judiciary with hand-picked judges belonging to the totalitarian Federalist Society and undermining the judicial independence of the Constitution's Article III federal court system; violating the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions and the U.S. War Crimes Act; violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination; reinstitution of the infamous "Cointelpro" Program; violating the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Convention against Torture, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; instituting the totalitarian Total Information Awareness Program; and establishing a totalitarian Northern Military Command for the United States of America itself. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

ARTICLE II

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. U.S. soldiers in the Middle East are overwhelmingly poor White, Black, and Latino and their military service is based on the coercion of a system that has denied viable economic opportunities to these classes of citizens. Under the Constitution, all classes of citizens are guaranteed equal protection of the laws, and calling on the poor and minorities to fight a war for oil to preserve the lifestyles of the wealthy power elite of this country is a denial of the rights of these soldiers. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE III

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has violated the U.S. Constitution, federal law, and the United Nations Charter by bribing, intimidating and threatening others, including the members of the United Nations Security Council, to support belligerent acts against Iraq. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE IV

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prepared, planned, and conspired to engage in a massive war and catastrophic aggression against Iraq by employing methods of mass destruction that will result in the killing of hundreds of thousands of civilians, many of whom will be children. This planning includes the threatened use of nuclear weapons, and the use of such indiscriminate weapons and massive killings by aerial bombardment, or otherwise, of civilians, violates the Hague Regulations on land warfare, the rules of customary international law set forth in the Hague Rules of Air Warfare, the Four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Protocol I thereto, the Nuremberg Charter, Judgment, and Principles, the Genocide Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and U.S. Army Field Manual 27-10 (1956). In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE V

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has committed the United States to acts of war without congressional consent and contrary to the United Nations Charter and international law. From September, 2001 through January, 2003, the President embarked on a course of action that systematically eliminated every option for peaceful resolution of the Persian Gulf crisis. Once the President approached Congress for consent to war, tens of thousands of American soldiers' lives were in jeopardy - rendering any substantive debate by Congress meaningless. The President has not received a Declaration of War by Congress, and in contravention of the written word, the spirit, and the intent of the U.S. Constitution has declared that he will go to war regardless of the views of the American people. In failing to seek and obtain a Declaration of War, George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

ARTICLE VI

In the conduct of the office of President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has planned, prepared, and conspired to commit crimes against the peace by leading the United States into aggressive war against Iraq in violation of Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter, the Nuremberg Charter, Judgment, and Principles, the Kellogg-Brand Pact, U.S. Army Field Manual 27-10 (1956), numerous other international treaties and agreements, and the Constitution of the United States. In all of this George Walker Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore George Walker Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

Most recently, We the people are deeply disturbed by the Louisiana governor's Declaration of Martial Law with regards to the good citizens of New Orleans. We are equally disturbed with Mr. Bush's decision to send combat troops into New Orleans for the purpose of restoring order...Not to help with the relief effort...but to quell the justified hostility these people in New Orleans feel for their government who has shown only contempt for the people. You (the government) have NO right to make such a declaration or to implement measures such as American military troops being used against the American people. Never have the people given you this right . For the government to declare Martial Law on the people is the most morally offensive, treasonous act that you can commit.
It is clear that you do not understand the very nature of the sacred document that you have sworn to uphold and defend, and that every person who enters public service is sworn to uphold and defend. Our Constitution is not just a good idea. It is the Supreme Law of the Land. In order to fully understand the full scope of what it means to be an American citizen, you must read and study all the documents that have made up our history. The Declaration of Independence and the Treaty of Paris are as important as the Constitution for gaining insight into our Founding Fathers hope for America. In addition, there is the voluminous correspondence between the various members of the Constitutional Convention that must be studied and understood in order to fully grasp the context in which our nation was forged and to realize the extent of the people's power over those we elect.
By itself, the Constitution of the united states of America clearly lays out those activities that We the people have granted privilege to the government to exercise on our behalf. Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution spells out those activities that the people have specifically granted privilege for. If the proposed activity is not on that list, then it is unConstitutional for the government to engage in said act. Section 9 goes further to state those acts which are specifically prohibited, just in case there was any question. Any act which does not appear in Section 8 and is not addressed in Section 9, is by virtue of the IX and X Amendments reserved for the people.
The Bill of Rights is NOT a statement of the people's allowed activities. The Bill of Rights is our Declaration to the government that these are OUR Rights and you will NOT tread upon them, PERIOD. The Constitution is not to be used to control the people. Its sole purpose is to bind and chain government into very limited roles so that the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness for the people is not restrained. We the people have ALL the rights. The government has only privileges, and only those privileges we see fit to grant to them. And they may be revoked at any time.
Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities. As citizens, we have the right to do whatever we want with our property so long as we do not violate the rights of other citizens. Under the Constitution, our bodies are also OUR property, therefore the government or their agents absolutely may NOT assault citizens on the street. The police use of violence against unarmed people, including the use of this 'so-called' less-than-lethal weaponry, is a gross violation of the people's right to Due Process. No one can deny you life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness without Due Process of Law. If they do, they are guilty of a Crime. This means that when police officers take it upon themselves to seize some citizens' life, liberty or property, they have VIOLATED the Law and additionally they have VIOLATED their sworn Oath of Office. The American Civil Liberties Union and the National Lawyers Guild have both determined that the little road-side chat between the officer and the citizen does NOT constitute Due Process of Law. The ONLY instance where an officer is authorized by the people to act on their behalf, with respect to the violation of the rights of a citizen, is in the direct witness of the commission of a felony or the sworn statement of a citizen to the witness of a felony. Every other action that is being taken against the people, by those entrusted to protect and serve the people, is unConstitutional, illegal and immoral.
A citizen has that very same right, that is the right to arrest another citizen when there is witness to commission of a felony. This is called a Citizen's Arrest. To dispel any doubt on this, I refer you to Article I, Section 7(b) of the Constitution of the state of California, my state of citizenship, where it states: "A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens." The Constitution of the united states of America states in the IX Amendment that "The enumeration (listing) in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Amendment X goes further by stating "The powers not delegated (privileged) to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."That means quite clearly that many of the so-called 'legal' activities currently being engaged in by agents and representatives of OUR government are unConstitutional on their face and if an astute observer were to evaluate the history of OUR courts and legislation in the context of Constitutional Law, that observer would most likely come to the conclusion that there has been an orchestrated effort, more successful in some Administrations than others, but nevertheless a planned 'takeover' of both the sovereignty and the will of the people. The reasons are obvious. Cheap, compliant labor and the concentration of wealth and power.
The truth is We the people are FAR from helpless. The truth is the people have ALL the power. The government has only that power which we CHOOSE to allow them through consent. If our government chooses to disrespect that trust that We the people have entrusted to them, then We the people are fully justified in tossing them out on their ear. It is the people's RESPONSIBILITY and DUTY to defend the Constitution when the elected or appointed representatives of the people's Will are not following the directions the people have given them. This is all that prevents our country from descending into Fascism, Communism or other forms of Tyranny. The people's right to Petition for Redress of Grievances is the tool that the Founding Fathers left to the people, their legacy to their children's children. Thorough study of our Founding Documents, including the many letters, reveals that inherent in the right of Petition is the right to withhold support in any form from the government until the people's Petition has been satisfactorily answered. The people have the absolute right to withhold all monies or other support that would otherwise be turned over to the government.
In other words, until this people's Petition to have the current President and his co conspirators Impeached, Tried and Imprisoned has been answered to the satisfaction of the people, We the people will REFUSE to provide support, material or otherwise, to a corrupt, criminal enterprise disguising itself as legitimate governmental authority. We will circumvent the cancer and do what We the people need to do for our Posterity. Our support and cooperation will only go to those individuals and organizations who actually help the people and who exercise their duties and privileges with the utmost respect and adherence to the principals laid out in the Constitution of this great country. The people's government employees who display this sort of dedication to the public good, of which there are many, we give our support and heartfelt gratitude.
We must NEVER initiate violence against another, even in the face of extreme hostilities, however, We the people WILL come to the aid of any person who is being assaulted by the government or their agents. We will not allow you to declare War upon the people of this nation without giving it our appropriate response.
We are going to Impeach each and every one of you corrupt individuals and then we are going to prosecute you for your respective High Crimes. and as applicable, for War Crimes. If Congress fails or refuses to do their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution by initiating impeachment proceedings, then the people of this country will exercise their right and their duty to uphold and defend the Constitution, and additionally, we will hold those accountable in the Congress who would obstruct the people's Justice. We are going to reestablish the Constitution as our Guardian against Tyranny. We are TRUE Patriots and we will not allow OUR Constitution to be overthrown. We, the American people, will overthrow the criminals in government who have perverted the Constitution for their own gain, and we WILL have them tried, removed and imprisoned.
I hereby call upon all American citizens to stand in solidarity with the victims in New Orleans and to help them to fully recover from the devastation. If you are able to lend direct assistance, then do so now. I call upon all Americans to stand by our troops, and to heed the call of Cindy Sheehan and the other Golf Star Families For Peace and Veterans for Peace and bring our troops home now. We must support our soldiers in every respect and make double sure that all their needs will be met as they return home to us and try to regain their broken lives. I call upon all Americans to be prepared to roll up their sleeves and dig into their pockets, because a lot of damage has been done to the world and to our own people and we MUST make things right.
You may send your minions to smear me or any of the other millions of us who will answer this call, as you have smeared many others and We will not be moved. The skeletons in my closet are irrelevant...It matters not what you do to me ...All that matters now to the people of this country are the Skull and Bones in the Administrations closet. You may even attempt to have me silenced or to incite others of your despicable character to commit violent acts against me or others. To this I say as Ghandi said, "Then all you will have is my dead body... Not my obedience!"

The Time for Action is Now!

This blog is dedicated to holding on to truth.

In striving to adhere to the path of truth, it sometimes becomes necessary for a person of conscience and conviction to actively challenge those who would obscure the truth under mountains of lies and deceit, even if those liars hold the highest positions of authority in our civil society. I say that the time for such a challenge is now at hand.

We, as members of the human race and as children of the Great Mystery that is All Life, can no longer sit on the sidelines, hoping that someone other than ourselves will come along and do what is necessary. You cannot be spectators in your spiritual journey. We are here to be active participants in this Life and in this battle and to do what Creator asks of us. God will only help those who help themselves.

We have indeed been born into perilous times. Times foretold in the Bible, among other places, that tell of a man who will sit at the head of the most powerful nation on Earth. And that this man will wage wars of aggression throughout the world, seeking to dominate the world militarily. The prophecies go on to say that the aggressors will use such fantastic weapons that the victims will turn to ash before falling to the ground. And that these events would continue for a number of years until the rest of the world rose up against the evil and this most powerful nation would fall and be completely destroyed. The worst part is that the people of this once great nation will believe the whole time that theirs is the righteous cause, for they will be deceived by the Beast. The Beast that is pretending to be the righteous warrior, here to save the nation from the Godless heathens, here to bring the nation back to the Church. And as prophesied, the majority of the people in the nation will believe the man and serve him all the way to the end, when it will be too late. And God appeared before him in the form of a burning Bush.

Now if you have not put the pieces together yourself, then I will explain to you why I say these things. Quite simply, George Walker Bush is this man of prophesy. He may not be the Beast, but he is controlled by the Beast. And the United States, the only superpower left in the world , is this nation that has been prophesied. This is about what we, as Children of God, must do now, in these last days of this age. How will we behave towards the Beast? Will we just hide with our MTV or shopping network?... or will we wallow in helplessness? Or, will we take the path of courage and fearlessness that Jesus of Nazareth most assuredly would be taking right now, and that is to cast the moneychangers from the temple and to resist with all of our might the fascism that has crept, nearly unnoticed, into our government and into our world.

We are outraged that some members of our government feel they can operate "above" Constitutional law with impunity. Several of our government officials are blatantly conducting themselves in a clearly illegal manner while apparently the rest of them stand idly by, ignoring their sworn duties to protect and defend our Constitution. This is only the latest in a long string of usurpations that are beginning to tear at the very foundation of law and order in our society. How can they expect to maintain civil obedience from the People when all the People see is illegal behavior coming from those entrusted to uphold the law?

Regardless of what you might have heard on Fox News, the facts are quite clear to any reasonably informed person that the Bush Regime is guilty of numerous heinous crimes, including the ordering of the killing of civilians... women and children... for psychological effect, in the supposed War on Terror. The government is constructing new "usable" nuclear weapons that they fully intend to fire upon people and nations that resist their demands for global domination. They are building prisons all over the world with which to hold , torture and kill those that oppose them. They have, or are constructing, fourteen military bases in Iraq alone. The fact is, the government has imperialist designs for the world, with them as the master, for reasons of wealth and power.

Aside from these internationally acknowledged atrocities, there is the unmistakably clear mandate from God that "Thou Shalt Not Kill". The Old Testament reference to "an eye for an eye" is really State sanctioned violence left over from Hebrew law and used by unworthy leaders to keep people fearful of State imposed laws. It has nothing to do with finding God or obeying God’s Law. Jesus clearly said to turn the other cheek and to love thine enemy. He even carried his belief in nonviolence to the end by allowing himself to be nailed upon the cross rather than resort to violence.

No, this is not about being liberal or conservative. This is not about siding with Republicans or Democrats. And this is not even about spreading democracy or fighting terrorism, although our democracy must be reclaimed, so that we may reassert our needs as human beings that are all sharing the same world. We must realign ourselves in a positive direction and fight on the side of goodness and truth as this age comes to a close and we enter the next. The One we call the Savior showed us by divine example the way we are to behave as human beings having a spiritual journey. The way to being one with Creation is about learning love, compassion and service for all the Creation, not just human beings and not just people within your own borders.

We the People recognize that a fascist growth has taken root in our Nation’s Halls like a cancer . We also recognize that there are voices of dissent in Congress and we are very thankful to those individuals that have tried to hold true to their oaths. However, we are also equally aware that there is much more that they should be doing. The People have a right to demand, yes demand, that our elected public servants conduct themselves in a manner befitting the position they are entrusted to hold. We demand that those in government be held accountable for the crimes they have committed and continue to commit. And do not offend our senses with arguments of there not being any evidence of misconduct. Do we need to remind our elected officials that they hold their positions by consent? The fact is our government only exists by virtue of our consent. We do this freely to ensure life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all.

If the People cannot trust those that have been elected to represent them, then the People must reserve the right to implement their "nuclear option", that is our absolute right to withdraw all our support from the government until our Petitions are answered to our satisfaction. I am talking about our Right to Petition for Redress of Grievances. An illegal, unconstitutional "act" of Congress long ago tried to quash this right and make it so the People would believe the right of Petition extended only so far as freedom of expression. This most important of our precious rights was specifically to give the People the power to prevent tyranny without resorting to violence. Research the words of our Founding Fathers for yourself and see. This right of Petition is OURS to reclaim and assert, including all rights to withhold, and we will have our rights and we WILL have our Petitions answered. We cannot allow our nation to slip back in history to our government’s earlier campaigns of repression and violence, such as has already been experienced by all people of color in this country and that is now being perpetrated upon the people of Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, Columbia and elsewhere in Africa, South and Central America.


What will you tell your grandchildren when they ask why you stood by and did nothing the day the fascists took over the world? We the People of this country are the only ones who can do anything that will alter the course of destruction that has been set out for the rest of the world. We, alone, have the ability to stop the plans of the Bush administration before they inflict their "shock and awe" on any more innocents.

There are at least 55 million people in this country who did not vote for Bush. An exceedingly large percentage of those are fully aware of the level of criminal misconduct that occurred in the election and that continues to occur under the auspices of law. We cannot recognize George W. Bush as President and we must consider him to be illegally occupying the White House and stealing from the Treasury. We must demand the immediate impeachment and removal of George Walker Bush and his administration. We must demand the immediate implementation of a plan to withdraw all our troops from these illegal wars in the most expeditious timeframe possible. We must demand the government cease and desist their attempts to weaken and destroy our hard-won civil rights and environmental protections in this country.

Here, in the Land of the Free, We the People must not sit by and allow this man, George Walker Bush, to take our children, our futures, and send them off to their deaths in his conquest for empire. We must refuse the draft, which is closer than most people care to admit. We must establish regional People’s Assemblies that will be community-based and have the Right of Representation in our Congress, to ensure that the People are properly represented and that our Petitions are, in the future, well received and acted upon. We must pledge as Thomas Jefferson pledged that we "have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man."

To fight our battle, we must never use violence. We must use nonviolent action because it has the capacity to deliver us from this evil with the least suffering possible. The weapon of nonviolent action is more powerful than any military or police force. If our "leaders" are not willing to do that which the Constitution and common decency require of them, then the People will be forced to provide for their own posterity by withdrawing all their economic, social and political support from the government and those that serve them. We must organize boycotts, walk-outs and strikes. We must, in solidarity, stop all cooperation with authority and establish our People’s Assemblies as we see fit. We must stop allowing the fruits of our labor to be picked by those with hatred and murder in their hearts. Claim exempt on your tax withholding forms and do not allow the government to have any more funding. Instead our tax money must go to where it is needed by the People, for our children, our healthcare, our education and our elderly. And we must take care of our soldiers, our sons and daughters who have been injured and maimed, both physically and emotionally, by this madness of war. We must do whatever is necessary by means of nonviolent action to secure our Rights under the Constitution and our Rights as human beings.

I hope to use this forum to reach as many people as are willing to hear and discuss how this technique of nonviolent action has been tremendously successful in the past. We will also be able to discuss how with proper planning and strategy, we can utilize this ultimate weapon of nonviolent action to secure our futures for ourselves and our children to come. I urge everyone to take these things to task. Begin now by talking to your families, neighbors and co-workers. Talk about this with your religious leaders. Start putting the pressure on the politicians. Tell them straight out that we will not be silenced or deterred and that We the People will be heard!
The time for People's Freedom has come!
